Three miles of wide, sandy beach in the heart of Surf City USA. Huntington Beach is synonymous with California surf culture, hosting the U.S. Open of Surfing annually. Consistent waves attract surfers year-round. The wide beach accommodates volleyball courts, bonfires (seasonal), and beach cycling. Swimming is excellent, with lifeguards on duty. The adjacent Huntington Beach Pier (not part of the park) extends 1,850 feet into the Pacific. Sunset views are spectacular. Located in a densely populated area but maintains a classic California beach vibe.
