Folsom Lake State Recreation Area

Folsom Lake SRA is the Sacramento region's premier outdoor playground, wrapping around a 12,000-acre reservoir with 75 miles of shoreline. Boating, water skiing, swimming, and fishing are the main draws in summer, while 80 miles of multi-use trails attract hikers, mountain bikers, and equestrians year-round. The adjacent town of Folsom offers easy access and amenities.
